Administrator of Educational Technology for a K-12 public school district.
Managed all administrative and instructional technology in the district,
including technology teachers, library/media centers, and high school
information technology department. Led the acquisition, deployment, operation
and support of all administrative and instructional technology-related
items in an 4,200 student, 400 educator, 1,500 computer, 8 building K12
school district. Developed and managed budgets and capital investments
related to information technology, support, and professional development.
Developed complete technology support program, including student staffed
help desk. Designed and implemented LAN's and WAN's. Developed and maintained
district and school web sites. Implemented and maintained all administrative
systems, including student information and financial systems. Led curriculum
development teams.

a $12MM, 120 employee NASDAQ listed manufacturer of electronic instruments
used in the marine and food processing industries.
Diversified by focusing on an existing business, growing sales from $1
million to $5 million over 4 years through R&D investment and re-organization.
Changed the company from engineering driven to a market driven organization.
Re-organized the company’s two divisions and implemented profit
center accounting. Developed a highly qualified and motivated management
team. Implemented a three year rolling business planning and budgeting
cycle. Formed strategic partnerships with domestic and international companies.
Achieved ISO-9001 registration. Built a network of consultants to economically
provide needed expertise in key areas. Implemented employee involvement
